A proud graduate of South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina, Trice earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, because who says you can’t love both circuit boards and epic love stories? Her obsession with romance started early, sparked by a forgotten Harlequin novel she found tucked away at her grandmother’s house. (Was she too young to be reading it at ten? Definitely. Did it ignite a lifelong passion? Absolutely.)
When she’s not juggling wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, Godi, work you’ll find her escaping into the world of writing, where imagination has no limits and peace feels just a page away. Through every story, Trice pours the best parts of herself onto the page, blending real-life causes and emotions into the heart of her novels always with a promise to champion the bigger fights worth believing in.

- SUNDAY @ 2:00 PM Priorities: Joe Muggs Cafe - 20 OZ., Caramel Frappe, Salted, Almond Milk, Extra expresso shot ... please. Yes, I'm that person. no regrets.
- MY REASON: My five heartbeats - including my furry girl, who fully expects to be listed first.
- Writing Style: Some of my best ideas have materialized in drive thru lines. My sister and I came up with the title Twice while waiting at Zaxby’s. That sauce was power.
- Weird Quirk: Look, I don’t know why, but chewing gum, turning off the lights, and playing She Will (Lil Wayne & Drake) gets me right in the zone when it’s time to write the steam. It’s the beat, not the lyrics—but let’s be real, the whole vibe just hits different. I don’t question it. I just let it do what it do.
- Motivator: My second book came to me at an Atlanta Falcons game. Most of the outline was written during the 3rd & 4th quarters. If you're a Falcons fan, you understand. Sometimes it's either write a book or cry. Rise Up, Dirty Birds!
